The pineapple slicer is one of my favorite tools in the kitchen during the summer time. We had a small barbeque with some friends and made pineapple smoothies as a refreshment. I used the pineapple corer and cored out almost to the end leaving about a half an inch for a bottom and used the skin of the pineapple as our cups. It was a great conversation piece. It was really easy to use. One thing I learned while using it was you don't have to apply much pressure to get it to cut, just turn it and it will do the work. The melon slicer was easy to use as well and it made the pieces very uniform. My melon dish looked amazing. I received this product for a high discount for my honest and unbiased review.
